On June 2022, an Alliance-themed side event was held adjacent to the Summit for a New Financing Pact at the Palais Brongniart to commemorate the progress made since the Alliance was launched. This event featured a variety of topics, such as why the Alliance was created, the successes achieved thus far, and approaches to furthering the initiative within the context of the need for sustainable MSME growth and fostering entrepreneurship in Africa in the current operating environment. Furthermore, new members and projects were unveiled at the event, providing participants with a unique perspective into how the Alliance operates as a project-platform-driven initiative.
